The Horizon ALR UST® is an electric floor rising screen using our latest ALR® (Ambient Light Rejecting®) and UST®(Ultra-Short Throwing®) technologies, which effectively improves the brightness with a 100 times greater contrast of images than a regular white projection screen.
The Horizon ALR UST® series has a high-strength pleasing aluminum alloy with fashionable appearance design allowing an easy integration into the home and business environment. The tension line design prevents the screen fabric from rolling at the same time to ensure the surface’s smoothness. The back is equipped with a mute tubular motor that enables the screen to rise and fall flexibly without noise. All of our projection screens are packed with sturdy carton box, and the surface of the carton is covered with a waterproof plastic film to prevent damages during transportation.

Lost / Missing Packages
Premium Screen is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
"No Information Available At The Moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns
Premium Screen return policy lasts 365 days. After receiving your product if you are unsatisfied after 365 days please follow these guidelines in order to receive a Return/Refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact our 24-hour support staff at info@premiumscreen.ch to receive the return address.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.
Refund Timeframe
Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address the customer will be full refunded, funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact info@premiumscreen.ch.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@premiumscreen.ch and you will be given the return address to send your product to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
